Mexican Taco Pizza


Taco, meets pizza in this quick and easy vegetarian meal idea.

The ingredient of Mexican Taco Pizza

  • 2 450 g pkt pizza bases
  • 300g medium chunky salsa
  • 425g can mexe beans rinsed drained
  • 20 g 1 1 2 cup mozzarella cheese or pizza cheese
  • 200g of cherry tomatoes cut in two
  • 1 small red onion sliced
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • sprigs of fresh coriander to serve
  • sour cream to serve
  • hot sauce serve
  • sliced fresh chilli to serve
  • lime wedges to serve

The Instruction of mexican taco pizza

  • preheat the oven to 220c 200c fan forced place the pizza bases on 2 baking sheets spread 3 4 tbs salsa over each pizza base place the beans in a bowl and slightly mash them divide the mashed beans between the pizza bases
  • sprinkle a quarter of the cheese on the pizza top with the tomato and onion cut in slices sprinkle with the remaining cheese bake the pizza for 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden
  • serve pizzas garnished with avocado cilantro sour cream hot sauce and sliced chilli and with lime wedges on the side
